Psychotherapy Services with Andrea Rose

the mental library

A little about me...

Hey y’all, I’m Andrea! I’m a Texan native and a true Austinite! While I grew up in Texas I went to college in Illinois at Olivet Nazarene University and received my bachelor’s in Psychology. From there I went off to work in the addictions unit of my local hospital as a residential alcohol and drug counselor for teenage boys. While I loved that work, I felt I needed a bit more education to confidently provide for my clients. I went to Northwestern University for my masters in counseling and BAM- here we are now! I’ve been in the private practice setting for four years now and have loved every minute of it! While I’m not at work, I’m usually cuddling with this little guy pictured here. I absolutely love animals and can’t imagine life without them! I’m also watching Netflix, tiktok, and listening to allllll the true crime podcasts. I can’t help it- I’m obsessed!
