Who We Serve

We offer our services to adults and adolescents alike. We work with individuals and families/partial family units, and groups. While we have two in-person locations, we also offer TeleHealth sessions so you can receive our services even if you aren’t local.

Adolescents

For individuals over the age of 12, we offer adolescent sessions. This is such a difficult time in life, so why not get the most help we can to process through the difficulties as they happen! It's hard going from a child, being treated like a child, to an adult with all of the responsibilities that come with it. We've been there and now we're here to help you make this difficult transition!

Cost per session: $180

Adults

For those between the ages of 20 and 100+, we offer individual sessions. During these sessions, we can tackle the issues that brought you into our office. Regardless of the difficulties you are facing, we are here to work with you to become the most authentic and genuine self you can be. Let's be real, life is hard. Even when it's "easy" it's hard. We are prepared to walk beside you and fiercely fight with you to achieve your goals!

Cost per session: $180

Family/Group Dynamics

If you're finding your relationships hitting a rock bottom or staying down longer than you'd like, you're in the right place! Whether it be communication issues, struggles with a parent/child dynamic, sibling rivalry, coworker dynamics, boss/worker struggles, business parters, etc, we can help. We work with the whole group and/or partial units. If the relationship is feeling broken or neglected, it's nothing we haven't seen before... please know it's possible to heal.

Cost per session: $200

Traditional Groups

Group Therapy sessions are offered to a diverse group of clients all having something in common. Groups are a great place to help normalize what you're going through. They offer support and encouragement throughout the shared experience. See our current list of offered groups below!

TeleHealth Services

If you’re not local to the area, or coming in to the office is inconvenient for you, let us know so we can schedule a virtual session for you.

A few things to note...
  • You must physically be within the state's borders during the entire length of your session
  • You will need access to a video-compatible device with appropriate service for us to have seamless communication during the session
  • It is necessary to have a quiet, private space to conduct our sessions to ensure you are getting the most out of our time together
